No domain. No files to upload. You build the page in the admin, we put it on the web. Good if you don’t already have a site, or you want to start selling today.

Buyers stay on your domain

Download the site files and drop them on your host. They see your URL. Events, sold-out states, and branding still update from Prime Ticket Sales — nothing important lives on that host.

Either way, checkout, QR tickets, and payouts stay in the system. The public site only displays what’s on sale.

FAQ

What venues usually ask

It is a digital ticketing system for venues. You manage events, ticket types, orders, the public website, payments, and door scans in one account. Buyers never need a Prime Ticket Sales login to purchase.
Yes. Sales, tickets, and check-in are digital. Tickets arrive by email with a QR code. Staff scan on a phone or tablet. There is no hardware terminal or printed-stock requirement to run the system.
Either. Use our hosted page at /tickets/your-venue if you don’t want a domain. Or put the portable site files on your own website so buyers stay on yourvenue.com. Both read the same events and send buyers to the same Prime Ticket Sales checkout.
After payment, the system generates QR tickets and emails them. If the email is lost, the buyer can look up the order from the storefront with a one-time code.
Stripe Connect processes the charge. Your share is sent to your connected Stripe account when the buyer pays — Prime Ticket Sales does not hold ticket proceeds. Bank deposits follow your Stripe payout schedule, including Instant Payouts if you have that turned on in Stripe.
No. The scanner is in the venue admin and uses the device camera. A phone is enough for the door.
